international public bidding that arose from the Telecommunications Reform.
To determine terms and conditions under which to design, deploy, operate and maintain the Red Compartida a Public-Private Partnership was created, consisting of the following elements:
Altán Redes invests in financial, technical, human and operational resources to transform the spectrum of connectivity with unique characteristics:
continuous, neutral and non-discriminatory Red Compartida
· Cover 92.2% of the Mexican population by 2024, including 15% coverage in populations of fewer than 10 thousand inhabitants.
· Cover 111 Magic Towns by 2022.
· Development of a 4.5G LTE broadband wireless network
· Minimum speed of 4 Mbps in down-link and 1 in up-link
